AppleCare Warranty Repairs - Apple Warranty and Out of Warranty Repairs

Only Apple Authorized Service providers can source and install genuine apple parts out of warranty, so you can breathe easy and let Digital Medics' experts repair your Mac or iDevice when not covered by the standard 12 month or 3 year AppleCare coverage.

We will assess your system for a fixed fee and then advise you of the necessary costs for labor and parts before proceeding with the repair.

Note: Vintage products are those that were discontinued more than five and less than seven years ago. Apple Stores discontinue hardware service for vintage products and parts are not readily available at times. Obsolete products are those that were discontinued more than seven years ago. Apple Stores have discontinued hardware service for obsolete products with no exceptions. Service providers cannot order parts for obsolete products. Digital Medics is able to source used/refurbished parts for vintage and obsolete systems in most cases.
